Epicshit operates on a limited-drop and quality-focused model. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered. An exception is made only in cases where the product received is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Any such issue must be reported within seven days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. Customers are required to provide clear images or videos of the damaged item along with the original packaging to support their claim.
